Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated 4 October 2026

  1. Delivery Areas Gulps facilitates delivery services through Independent Riders exclusively within the town limits of Nongpoh, Meghalaya, and select surrounding radiuses. If your address falls outside our active delivery zones, the app will prevent you from placing an order.
  1. Estimated Delivery Times The delivery times shown on the app are estimates based on traffic, weather, and restaurant preparation times. Gulps and our Independent Riders strive to deliver within 30 to 45 minutes, but delays may occur during peak hours or heavy rain.
  1. Doorstep Delivery Requirements Customers are required to provide an accurate GPS pin and a reachable phone number. If the Independent Rider arrives at your address and you are unreachable for 10 minutes, the order will be marked as "Cancelled by Customer," the food will be discarded, and no refund will be provided.
