  1. Information We Collect To provide you with a seamless food delivery experience, Gulps collects your Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Delivery Addresses, and precise GPS location data (only while the app is actively being used for delivery).
  1. Payment Data Gulps does not store your Credit Card numbers or UPI PINs. All financial transactions are securely processed by our RBI-approved payment gateway partner, Cashfree.
  1. How We Use Your Data We share your Name and Delivery Address strictly with the Restaurant Partner (to prepare the order) and the Independent Rider (to deliver the order). We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketing agencies.
  1. Data Deletion If you wish to permanently delete your Gulps account and all associated data, you may request account deletion through the "Support" section of the app.
